Thank you for organizing this very important endeavor. I am very happy to support this important historic & literary project. It is, indeed, worrying and depressing to imagine the consequences of forgetting the dire implications of such an important event as WWI (which was inadequately understood to prevent WWI).

I sincerely hope to be able to leave information about my Grandfather, Walter Burton (a machine gunner, fought at Passchendaele) whatever the outcome of this project (I do, of course, hope it is successful. He is being represented at the Menen Gate Centenary ceremony.
